When our HR team joined Denver Parks and Recreation for a day of volunteering, the biggest takeaway came in the debrief afterward.

Analyzing different ways they could've worked more efficiently, such as defining roles earlier, aligning on tactics, and sequencing the work before jumping right in, turned a simple service project into a meaningful team building experience.
