We expected 200 attendees during the recruiting event. More than 1,000 people walked through the door. The energy was undeniable. People showed up early, stayed late, asked thoughtful questions, and shared stories about wanting more than just another job. They were looking for something lasting like a career with purpose, growth, and opportunity.
