For the longest time, I struggled with letting other people work on projects with me. I was so used to doing everything myself and having my hands in every little detail that it was hard to let go of some of that control. But I've learned that the saying, "You're only as good as the people you surround yourself with," couldn't be more true.

This past weekend, C3 took on something new by running social media for the Arkansas Youth Expo. It was a lot of work and plenty of moving parts, but looking back, I couldn't be happier with how it went. And a huge part of that is because of Jolee and Jack. They both stepped up in a big way, and I can honestly say there's no way we could've pulled it off without them.

As C3 continues to grow, I'm realizing that I can't do everything myself, and more importantly, I don't need to. Really proud of this past weekend, but even more thankful for the people who helped make it happen.

One of my favorite parts of doing these is getting the chance to work with new people.

This was our first banner for this crew, and getting to create something they’ll have to remember a pretty exciting moment is what makes these so much fun.
