At Optix One, our System Technicians play a pivotal role with maintaining the highest level of network reliability. This team has to work collectively around the clock to resolve service impacting issues including system outages.
Fun fact: Did you know? Telecommunications Service Providers have a Network Operations Center (NOC) that monitors the status of customers Modem/ONT around the clock. This department is responsible for identifying service impacting issues and dispatching the necessary on-call resources in our Network Maintenance department.
