Feel free to call or text us 24/7. A washing machine not running isn't an emergency, but one flooding your laundry room is. Isn't it funny that the refrigerator always seems to break when you put $300 worth of food in it? Your computer crashed with a presentation on it. You have worked on it for the last month and you need it for an 8am meeting. This is definitely worth giving us a call. We understand these things, that's why there is never an extra charge for service calls day or night, weekends or holidays. If you don't get reach me right away on the phone, please leave a text message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes I'm in a basement working on a dryer and there is no phone service. If you send me a text I see it as soon as I regain service.
