Part-Time Federal Medical Courier — $35/Hour + Fuel + Vehicle Incentive
Location: El Paso, TX / Holloman AFB, NM

DirectX MGT is seeking dependable, professional Medical Couriers to support a federal healthcare transportation operation between the El Paso/Fort Bliss area and Holloman Air Force Base.
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time income who takes pride in being dependable, professional, and trusted with time-sensitive medical shipments.
Compensation & Benefits
* $35/hour
* 3-hour minimum pay per scheduled route
* Company-provided fuel card
* $0.20 per business mile vehicle-use incentive
* Up to $500 annual vehicle/safety bonus
* Paid required training
* DirectX uniform and company identification provided
* Consistent Monday–Friday federal contract work
What You’ll Do
You’ll use your personal vehicle to complete a scheduled medical courier route involving pickup of securely packaged laboratory shipments at Holloman AFB and delivery to the designated medical facility in the Fort Bliss/El Paso area.
This is not food delivery, rideshare, or multi-stop package delivery. It is a professional, scheduled medical transportation assignment requiring reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Driver Requirements
Applicants should:
* Be 21 years of age or older
* Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
* Have at least 3 years of licensed driving experience
* Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
* Be dependable and consistently punctual
* Be able to obtain access to Holloman AFB and Fort Bliss
* Pass DirectX employment/background screening
* Maintain professional appearance and communication
* Have a reliable smartphone with GPS
* Complete company-paid HIPAA/privacy, specimen-handling, and required Class 6.2 transportation training
Professional driving, military, veteran, healthcare, laboratory, courier, law-enforcement, or transportation experience is preferred but not required.
Personal Vehicle Requirements
Your vehicle must be:
* 2018 or newer preferred
* Generally under 120,000 miles preferred
* Reliable four-door sedan, crossover, or SUV
* Currently registered and insured
* Approved by your insurer for applicable business/courier use
* Mechanically sound with working A/C and heat
* Equipped with good tires, brakes, lights, locks, and seat belts
* Clean with a secure trunk or cargo area
* Able to pass a DirectX vehicle inspection
Well-maintained older vehicles may be considered after inspection.

You should be calm, responsible, trustworthy, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and capable of following established procedures without constant supervision.
Medical shipments must arrive safely, securely, and on time — every time.
