Day 1 of a very special new mural project 🌼🎨

I’m painting a mural at Ability Woodworks, which is part of Residential Community Care, in Lebanon, Ohio.

This design features the words “Treat People Like People” (one of their fantastic business mottos) and flowers inspired by drawings made by the individuals in the program.

And the best part?… they’ll get to paint alongside me, too!

This one is about so much more than the finished wall, and I can’t wait to share the process with you.

One of my favorite things about creating custom murals is getting to see how a space changes the way someone feels.

This office was such a fun project to bring to life. My client had a clear vision for a bold, maximalist, colorful space, and I loved getting to turn that vision into something completely personal to her.

Thank you for trusting me with your space, sharing your ideas, and giving me the creative freedom to bring them to life! I’m so grateful I got to create this immersive space of color and flowers for you!

The final details of A Room in Bloom 🌸✨

This project transformed approximately 238 square feet of walls and sloped ceilings into one big, immersive floral environment.

The goal was bold, maximalist, colorful, and joyful! With oversized blooms, lots of color sparkles, and organic shapes inspired by sunflowers, tiger lilies, hibiscus, and more. One of my favorite details of this mural was incorporating the ceiling light into a flower!

I always love seeing how artwork can completely change the feeling of a space. This one was designed to feel energetic, creative, and unapologetically colorful!
