Because a pilot proves 3D works on a style. It doesn't prove 3D works on your systems, and that's a different question owned by different people.

Our new framework gives technology leaders at manufacturers five gates to scope before sign-off: file standards, ERP and PLM integration points, infrastructure load, access governance, and a retraining plan with an actual end date.

Physical draping or digital drape simulation? For design leaders running four or more collections a year, the answer isn't either/or - it's stage by stage.

Our latest piece breaks down exactly where fabric-accurate 3D can be trusted for design, fit, and buyer decisions, and where a physical drape still has the final say.

Every design calendar already runs at full capacity, so where does 3D development actually fit? We mapped it: concept, first fit, revision, and buy-ready lock, showing exactly where digital workflows compress the calendar instead of adding to it. See how design leaders are planning Q4 and Q1 collections without losing a single creative review round.

Digital sampling cuts your costs. But does it cut your margin too?
When clients see fewer physical samples, they often assume every dollar of savings is theirs to claim. Production leaders need a way to show what actually changed, and what it's worth.

Here's a four-part framework for protecting margin while you scale 3D: separate the real cost shifts, price the outcome instead of the sample count, build cost transparency into every client conversation, and lock the split into your commercial terms.

Running your first digital buying cycle? The teams that pull it off treat it as a scoped pilot, not a full replacement of the calendar they already trust: a small group of vendors, one accountable owner, and fallback rules agreed on before anything goes wrong.

Our new guide walks Merchandising Leaders through exactly how to structure that first cycle without the disruption. Read it here: https://hubs.la/Q04qYwgv0

Worried that moving to 3D means sidelining your most experienced pattern makers? It's the opposite, if the training path is right.

Our new guide breaks down a 6-8 week upskilling path through Browzwear University that takes pattern makers and technical designers from first login to production-ready 3D work, while protecting the craftsmanship they've built over years in the industry.

You'll get a four-stage framework, a clear look at what changes in their day-to-day role, and a plan for turning your first trained team members into mentors for the next group.

Vendor standards don't fail at launch. They fail 18 months in, when new suppliers have joined the lineup and no one's checking if the originals are still following spec.

We broke down the three-layer framework retailers are using to keep vendor files consistent without turning standards enforcement into a reason smaller vendors walk away.

Ever notice how approval on a new style can drag on for weeks, even when nobody actually disagrees on the design?

It usually comes down to sequence. Design reviews the sample, then ships it to merchandising, then production, and every team waits its turn before weighing in. By the time the last stakeholder sees it, the calendar pressure to just approve it outweighs any real scrutiny.

There is a better model. Give design, merchandising, and production leaders access to the same production-validated 3D digital twin, all at once, with one owner resolving feedback before revisions start.

Everyone reviews the same file, in the same window, and conflicts surface early instead of three handoffs later.

Most manufacturers know digital sampling should unlock capacity.

What almost nobody calculates? Exactly how much.

We ran the numbers for a mid-size factory processing 40 styles per season:
- Two rounds of sampling per style
- Six weeks per cycle
- Three additional styles left on the table per cycle
- $40,000 in capacity sitting unused

The problem isn't technology. It's visibility.

You can't see capacity gains in a demo. You can only see them in your data: your sampling cost per style, your elapsed time per round, your designer bandwidth per season.

Most manufacturers measure the cost of samples. Almost none measure the cost of time.

That's where the real margin is hiding.

We published a deep dive on how to calculate your actual capacity math - and why digital sampling is only valuable if you know what it's recovering.
