Technology creates the greatest impact when more people have the opportunity to understand, experience and benefit from it.

We were also pleased to receive a token of appreciation at the Raikan Ilmu Closing Ceremony, attended by Acting Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs and Chairman of Yayasan MENDAKI, Zaqy Mohamad.

More importantly, it reflects the value of partnerships in creating meaningful opportunities for communities to learn, grow and participate in Singapore's digital future.

When time with loved ones is limited, every minute matters.

For families visiting incarcerated loved ones, the journey often involves travel, waiting and administrative processes before a visit can begin. Through the Autonomous Tele-visit System (ATS), developed by NCS, Singapore Prison Service and HTXSG , visitors can complete registration using Singpass and facial recognition, reducing check-in time and making visits more accessible.

Beyond improving the visitor experience, ATS automates routine administrative tasks and uses AI-powered video analytics to support the management of tele-visits, allowing prison officers to focus more on supporting inmates and their families.
