What if IT operations didn’t have to rely on tickets and escalation?

In many environments today, resolving even routine issues still depends on manual workflows and specialist intervention—slowing response times as complexity grows.

To help People's Association (PA) accelerate infrastructure operations, we collaborated with the AWS GenAI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) Partner Innovation Alliance (PIA) team to build an Agentic AI Infrastructure Platform that automates repetitive IT support tasks and streamlines escalation pathways.

With four purpose-built AI agents supporting account checks, governance reporting, log analysis, and knowledge retrieval, users can get faster answers through natural-language, self-service workflows.

The platform has helped save over 14 man-days monthly, improved incident triage, and enabled engineers to focus on higher-value work.
