True inclusion isn't an act of charity. It’s an act of talent strategy.
When you hire someone who has had to "relearn how to do everything," you aren't just giving them a chance, you are bringing unparalleled resilience, extreme adaptability, and elite problem-solving into your organization.
Nobody understands this better than our own Inclusive Recruiter, Zoe Zora (Fathima Zohra), who recently shared her deeply personal journey with Her World Singapore. Eight years ago, a life-altering accident left Zoe quadriplegic. Today, she isn't just navigating a world built for the able-bodied, she is actively reshaping it for others.
As an inclusive recruiter at Inclus, Zoe’s lived experience is her superpower. She bridges the gap between overlooked talent and employers who genuinely want to build diverse teams, but often lack the confidence or guidance to take the first step.
In her feature, Zoe captures the core of our mission perfectly: "Inclusion is rarely about charity. It is about opportunity, dignity, access, and creating environments where people can contribute meaningfully."
Many companies still view disability inclusion as a CSR checkbox. We view it as a missed opportunity for growth. Professionals with disabilities have spent their lives innovating and adapting to environments that weren't designed for them. That is the exact kind of agility modern businesses need.
We are incredibly proud to have Zoe on our team whether she's placing candidates, advocating for systemic change, or returning to the court for competitive wheelchair rugby. As she notes, impact is measured by how consistently we show up.
