About Us:
W-axis technology is a fast growing, award-winning technology start-up, with the mission to empower brands and companies to enter and expand in Asia, particularly in China market. We see ourselves as a bridge having the vision to connect our clients to the world with professional and optimal products.
We’re currently looking for passionate and motivated candidates as frontend/backend developer to work along with the Chief Developer and fellow engineers in an exciting environment.

What will you be doing?
• Design and development of backend services / systems / platforms used by our products and our user
• Leverage and integrate existing system(s) and customize them where necessary.
• Write high-quality, clean, elegant, and maintainable code.
• Build common libraries
• Analyse requirements, design and develop functionalities based on the product requirements.
• Understand the product thoroughly, constantly optimise the product, identify and fix problems, improve stability and user experience.
• Design and implement various supporting tools as needed.
• Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, user experience designers, and operations engineers to build features and products.

You may be a good fit if you have:
• Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficiency in Web development and familiarity with Magento.
• Strong and hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: Python, C #, JaveScript, TypeScript, Django, VUe and .Net Core.
• Prior experience with WeChat and WeChat mini program.
• Prior experience with modern cloud stacks (AWS, GCP, Azure), container tech (docker, kubernetes) & devops with strong CI/CD mentality.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, good coding standards, testing and maintenance.
• Additional knowledge in system design.
