Incorporating its own vibration control from flexible structure. The TEAC original pin-point feet that utlize a new mechanism are attached to the bottom panel with appropriate allowance, while a number of screws that fix the circuit boards to the chassis is minimized.
　
The front, side and rear panels are secured with 3mm-thick heavy sheet metal as the primary material. Then, joints that provide suspension are used at the junctures of the front, side, rear and top panels. This enclosure with a flexible structure controls the vibration of the entire device to allow open and vibrant sound reproduction.

The real mistake is not RIAA. It is having turned it into a universal standard. 📯

The history of vinyl is made up of different labels, eras, countries and cutting chains. Decca, Columbia, RCA, EMI and many other companies developed systems and equalisation curves linked to their own equipment, techniques and ideas of sound.

Applying the same curve to every record therefore means forcing different recordings into a single interpretation, altering their balance and losing their identity.

PH-1000 was created to overcome this paradigm.

Its equalisation curves are not tone controls, but tools designed to recreate the correct playback conditions and bring the system closer to the way in which the record was conceived, cut and pressed.

RIAA remains one possible reference, not an absolute truth.

Because extracting the truth of the recording means, first and foremost, understanding its history.

La storia del vinile è fatta di etichette, epoche, paesi e catene di incisione differenti. Decca, Columbia, RCA, EMI e molte altre realtà hanno sviluppato sistemi e curve di equalizzazione legate ai propri strumenti, alle proprie tecniche e alla propria idea di suono.

Applicare la stessa curva a ogni disco significa quindi costringere registrazioni diverse dentro un’unica lettura, alterandone l’equilibrio e perdendo la loro identità.

PH-1000 nasce per superare questo paradigma.

Le sue curve di equalizzazione non sono controlli di tono, ma strumenti progettati per ricostruire le corrette condizioni di riproduzione e avvicinare il sistema al modo in cui il disco è stato concepito, inciso e stampato.

RIAA rimane un riferimento possibile, non una verità assoluta.

Perché estrarre la verità dell’incisione significa prima di tutto comprenderne la storia.
