Hiring: QA Engineers
๐ Location: 1 Fully Remote
๐ Employment Type: Full-Time
Palmira Software House is looking for 2 experienced QA Engineers to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing activities, identifying and tracking defects, supporting corrective actions, and ensuring software products meet defined quality standards and client requirements.
What Youโll Do:
๐น Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
๐น Create detailed test plans and comprehensive test cases
๐น Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
๐น Identify, document, and track software defects
๐น Perform regression testing following defect resolution
๐น Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
๐น Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other internal teams
๐น Monitor debugging results and investigate causes of non-conforming software
๐น Track QA metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts
๐น Design, develop, and execute automation testing scripts using open-source tools
What Weโre Looking For:
๐น Proven experience in software quality assurance and software development
๐น Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
๐น Experience writing comprehensive test plans and test cases
๐น Hands-on experience with white-box and black-box testing
๐น Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
๐น 5 years of experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment
๐น Arabic speaker
๐นExperience using AI tools
๐น Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
๐น Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
๐น Experience with performance and/or security testing
๐น Experience with automation testing
