Excellence Delivered was pleased to host a delegation from the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Lahore, at ExD House.
Our Chairman Sajjad Syed, CEO Wasil Amjad, and Director Nailah Syed welcomed the delegation and led an engaging discussion around the theme “Manufacturing and IT Export Potential: Challenges and the Strategy for Growth.”
The discussion touched on four key areas shaping Pakistan’s growth:
1. IT exports and Pakistan’s global technology potential
2. AI and digital transformation and how they are reshaping businesses and creating new opportunities
3. Industry challenges that can impact growth and innovation
4. Stronger government-industry collaboration to unlock new opportunities
For Excellence Delivered, the visit was an opportunity to share our experience across enterprise technology, digital transformation, and international markets, while highlighting the growing role of AI in transforming how organizations operate, make decisions, and create value. We also showcased how ExD is building and deploying AI-driven solutions to address real business challenges and unlock new possibilities across industries.
A special thank you to all 18 participating officers for their time, thoughtful perspectives, and active engagement throughout the session.
What made the session particularly valuable was the exchange of perspectives. Conversations like these bring industry experience and public-sector insight into the same room, creating a better understanding of what it takes to turn Pakistan’s potential into sustainable growth — particularly as AI and emerging technologies reshape the way businesses compete globally.
Challenges are real, yet solvable. The real test is how effectively we move together to clear them.
Excellence Delivered remains committed to contributing to Pakistan’s technology and IT growth through AI, innovation, expertise, and collaboration.
