Concern/Issue
-4th floor WI-FI not working/unable to connect using mobile phone/other gadgets.

Other concern
- Desktop was not able to boot/startup.

Action Taken:
-Checked and adjust device/modem configuration
-Checked 4th floor network and device setup.
-Checked WI-FI signal from the rooms.
-Provide recommendation to strenghthen the WI-FI service of the hotel.
-Backed up files from desktop before undergo reformat to Windows 10.
-Provide recommendation for the setup of network connection (private and public).
