These expansions likewise required the establishment of a full software QA team for a wide range of product line. Other teams like Service Desk, Network Operations, FIX connectivity, and FIX Onboarding was also institutionalized offshore -- acquiring various certifications such as Series 7 and 63, ITIL certification, Cisco and MSCS. These teams were powered by skilled professionals with multi-language specializations, enabling their aggressive expansion in Japan and China. The same group was behind the company that helped a New York-based exchange firm to navigate local customs and contacts and establish a local entity in Asia.
