Haraya launched in November 2024 at SGDC Cebu with a clear mission, build strong foundations, earn trust, and grow with purpose. We started as the smallest engineering team in SGDC, but we never let size define our impact.
From day one, we focused on what truly matters: ownership, accountability, and innovation.
We knew that working closely with our Japanese stakeholders would call for resilience and innovation, especially with language barriers. Instead of seeing them as limitations, we treated them as opportunities to improve communication, strengthen collaboration, and use AI-driven ways of working to move faster and smarter.
Through strong teamwork, intentional collaboration, and continuous improvement, we expanded growing our Cebu team by three new engineers and scaling our presence in Japan. Today, Haraya represents 25% of the entire Sansan Data Hub engineering unit.
This year-end 2025, our efforts were recognized.
