A quick update from Banks Peninsula IT

To help keep things running smoothly, I’ll be introducing a $40 cancellation fee for appointments that are cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Lately I’ve been getting more last-minute changes, which makes it hard to fill those time slots and means I miss out on other work I could be doing. As a small local business with a family to support, these last-minute changes do directly eat into my income.

I completely understand that things come up, and this isn’t about catching anyone out — it’s just about being fair and keeping the business sustainable.
