Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, network systems, and hardware.
Provide fast, effective technical support and resolve daily IT issues for staff.
Implement system backups, updates, and cybersecurity best practices.
Manage software installations, user access, and device inventory.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, hardware, and OS platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
