Startups Realm is looking for a mid-level graphic designer to join our design team. We are looking for someone who is eager to be an integral part of building the brand language and creating visual assets that are both smart design in terms of look and feel as well as function.

Responsibilities
> Work with the Marketing team to deliver creativity across multiple channels and platforms including social media, display ads, email, print (posters, flyers, print advertising), events (stand design), merchandise, website, blog
> Create digital and print brochures as well as design marketing assets for use across social, web, email & more
> Creating product-related mockups, and print collateral across brand needs.
> Assisting the marketing and operations teams in all aspects of the ex*****on of design projects.
> Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
> Researching themes, sketching conceptual idea cards and finalising designs ready to hand in coordination with the creative team , Presenting your ideas to the internal team
Qualifications
> intern level
> Any kind of Degree is not necessary.
> Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
> Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
> Ability to communicate and present their ideas
> 1 or 1+ years of experience in graphic design
> Proficient in Adobe, sketch, figma, photoshop and other Designing software.
> Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
