INCLUDED (FREE) SUPPORT
The following support services are included with your POS software license:
* POS software malfunctions or errors
* License activation and renewal issues
* POS system configuration and settings
* Software updates related to the POS system
โ ๏ธ PAID TECHNICAL SUPPORT (NOT INCLUDED)
The following issues are not part of free POS support and will be charged accordingly:
* Receipt printer not printing or paper issues
* Barcode scanner, cash drawer, or customer display problems
* Computer or Windows-related issues
* Internet, network, or cabling problems
* Any hardware-related troubleshooting
๐ Remote support and onsite assistance for the above issues are chargeable.
Support will only be provided once the client agrees to the applicable support fee.
Our goal is to continue providing reliable POS software while maintaining professional and sustainable support services.
