From 7th to 9th April, we had the privilege of welcoming Felix Hess, Member of the Executive Board (EB) at Hilti Group, for his visit to Hilti Asia IT Services and Hilti Malaysia. Our teams greatly valued the opportunity to host him and appreciated the thoughtful dialogue and meaningful interactions throughout the visit.
The visit began with an evening of open conversations over drinks and dinner - a reminder that some of the strongest alignment happens beyond meeting rooms. 🌆👥
Day two featured HAITS' Leadership Team's journey since Felix's last visit and a walkthrough involving our teams and their key contributions shaping the Group's future goals. Witnessing our colleagues present their work and engage with Felix provided a clear view of the progress that has been made and the ambition driving us forward. 🚀💪
Another highlight was the Townhall, where Felix shared reflections from his visit and perspectives on the Group’s performance, followed by an open and lively exchange of questions and ideas with our colleagues. 💡💬
A special moment included an engagement with postgraduate students and campus ambassadors from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT), Asia School of Business, Putra Business School / Universiti Putra Malaysia, Sunway University, Taylor's University, University of Malaya and UOW Malaysia - nurturing open conversations about Hilti, careers, and the future we’re building together. 🎓🌱
We wrapped up the visit with a preview of our future office - a space thoughtfully designed to foster even closer collaboration. 🏢🤝
