🤝 We were honoured to welcome 𝗬𝗕 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗼’ 𝗦𝗿𝗶 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗶, 𝗬𝗕 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗬𝗲𝗼𝗵, and 𝗬𝗕𝗵𝗴. 💡 Beyond the showcase, our speakers took the conversation further at the Main Summit and technical sessions—exploring the shift from standalone digital tools towards a DATA + AI-driven, full-lifecycle approach for better decisions, stronger project control and smarter ex*****on.

🏆 Another highlight was the conclusion of the 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗜 × 𝟱𝗗 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, organised by Glodon with support from 𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗕 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹. 17 finalist teams brought AI and 5D BIM into practical project scenarios.

The journey concluded at the Gala Dinner, where the winning teams were recognised alongside industry leaders, including 𝗬𝗕 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻, 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀.

Its spiral shape is not just about making the building iconic. The design helps reduce wind pressure, guide airflow, and improve the building’s energy efficiency. But a complex design also requires complex coordination. With BIM, teams can connect design, structure, data, and construction needs in one workflow, making the construction process more coordinated.

Behind the futuristic design of Dubai’s Museum of the Future is an equally complex construction process. With its curved torus-shaped structure, large central void, and calligraphy-inspired facade openings, every detail required high precision from the planning stage.

That’s why the process could not rely on disconnected drawings and data alone. Through digital construction, multiple disciplines can be coordinated, clashes can be detected earlier, and construction sequencing and progress can be planned digitally.
