Last week someone opened the chat on our website, said he ran a competing switch, and asked how we compared. Five messages later he was telling our AI agent to rename the company and answer math problems like Joe Pesci.

We kept the transcript. One hostile chat shows you more about an AI agent than a hundred polite ones.

It held firm on pricing but folded on our own company name. It stayed calm through the abuse but could not end the chat. At one point it explained how it was being tested, to the person testing it.

MOR's newest dev update is heavy on API and automation.
REST API v2 now has JWT token auth (/api/v2/auth/token, refresh, logout, /me). The token-based /calls endpoint replaces legacy user_calls_get, with pagination on key list APIs.
New webhooks fire on warning balance, call end, and alerts. AI transcription endpoints let you submit recordings and pull text back via API.
Plus faster subscription creation and REST drop_active_calls.
