Together with DIMO, we recently kicked off Phase 2 of Project Genesis, which will see the upgrade to SAP S/4HANA 2023 across 13 legal entities while expanding the use of SAP cloud solutions across the business.

The project implementation includes SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Emarsys, SAP Field Service Management, Business Planning & Consolidation, Daimler API integrations, and Vehicle Warranty & Service Management.

A project of this scale takes more than technology. It takes teams that understand the business, work through challenges together, and stay committed long after the first go-live.

Now six years into our partnership with DIMO, we are grateful for the opportunity to support the next stage of Project Genesis.

Cloud ERP is no longer simply a technology upgrade. It is a business decision that can reshape how organisations operate, make decisions and prepare for growth.

That was the focus of SAP Connect Day 2026, organised by Tech Pacific in association with SAP, where business leaders and decision-makers came together to explore the practical realities of AI-enabled enterprise transformation and SAP Cloud ERP.

Sushant Kishore, Director for India and Sri Lanka at SAP, shared SAP’s vision for helping organisations grow with confidence. Surajit Mondal, Architecture Advisor for SAP India Subcontinent, explored the Autonomous Business Suite and AI, while the programme also highlighted how GROW with SAP can help organisations establish a scalable, future-ready digital core.

A key highlight was the panel discussion, ‘Transforming Together: Powering Enterprise Growth with Cloud ERP,’ moderated by Pranjal Jha of SAP. Shivantha Perera of Maliban Manufactories and Rizan Jiffrey of BPPL Holdings shared practical lessons from their respective transformation journeys, while Lalindra Galagedera brought Tech Pacific’s perspective on aligning technology with business priorities, reducing implementation risk and creating value beyond go-live.

The discussion reinforced an important truth: successful transformation depends not only on technology, but also on informed decisions, the right implementation approach and trusted long-term partnerships.

What truly makes an event special is the people in the room. It was a privilege to see such a strong turnout, and we’re genuinely grateful to every client who joined us.
