“Real Conversations: Practical Insights on Effective Communication for Career Growth”
The session explored how strong communication skills can help IT professionals build meaningful relationships, collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, present their ideas with confidence, and progress in their careers.
We were privileged to have the session facilitated by a former CEO of Metropolitan Computers who currently serves as a mentor and professional coach Mr. NIRANJAN DE SILVA, bringing valuable leadership experience and practical insights to our young talent.
The session provided our employees with an opportunity to learn from real-world experiences, reflect on their own communication styles, and gain practical perspectives that they can apply throughout their careers.
