Everything you need to breeze through registration.

📄 What to bring

Bring your QR code, along with your passport or a photo ID as a backup. If you’re using a Student Pass, don’t forget to bring your student ID.

📍 Registration Desk: Location & Hours

🔹 Sep 29 (Tue): 17:00–20:00 at B1F — Pre-registration desk
🔹 Sep 30–Oct 1 (Wed–Thu): 08:00–17:00 at B1F

⏰ Beat the queues

Arrive 30–45 minutes before your first session to allow plenty of time for registration. Peak hours tend to have the longest lines. If possible, pre-register on the evening of Sep 29 to save time on Day 2.

💡 Before you arrive

Save your QR code as an offline screenshot on your phone. Don’t rely on venue Wi-Fi to access it on the day.

Two easy ways from central Seoul to Walkerhill.

🚇 Subway + Free Shuttle (recommended)
🔹 Line 5 → Gwangnaru Station → Exit 2 → Cross the road → Shuttle stop near Gwangjin-gu Sports Center → 8 min to Walkerhill
🔹 Line 2 → Gangbyeon Station → Exit 1 → Left → Shuttle stop → 15 min to Walkerhill

⏰ Shuttle schedule
Runs every 15 min during regular hours and every 10 min during peak hours: 06:00–07:00, 08:00–09:00, 10:00–13:00, 18:00–18:30, 21:00–21:30, and 22:00–22:30.

🔹 First shuttle: 06:00
🔹 Last shuttle: 23:30
