Responsibilities
- Ideate and planning acquisition campaigns
- Work with designers to create Ads / Creatives / Landing Pages
- Run Ads across Google, Facebook and other channels
- Optimize budgets and funnels daily, to drive maximum impact
- Look at behavior post sign-up to optimize for transactions and revenue
- Bild the Revenue
- Follow the cycle of affiliate marketing.
- Follow-up with the clients and publishers regarding the online campaigns
- Make reports of campaigns as per the team requirement.
- Communicate effectively with the internal team
- Handle and manage affiliates to execute campaigns.
- Monitor activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase our -generated revenue.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and performance plans
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate -generated revenues
- Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, publishers and recommend new campaigns to publishers
- Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
- Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns - Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth
- Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy
- Represent company at industry conference Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor

Requirements
- Should have Experience and Publisher Network in running CPA , VAS, CPI and CPL.
- Understanding of CPA/CPS/PPC/CPM / CPC / CPL / CPI Mode of Operations.
- Extremely strong understanding of running Ads on Facebook, Google, YouTube etc
- Driving positive ROI
- Strong marketing acumen with supporting examples
- Extremely strong in Data interpretation to optimise campaigns
- Evaluate data across Facebook dashboard, Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer/Branch to drive insights for bringing efficiency in primary optimizing metrics
- Strong in excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experienced in Paid Campaigns in eCommerce or Social Commerce
- Be able to take 100% ownership of the process from start to finish
- Strong written and verbal communication
A suitable candidate would be someone who is self-motivated, self-starter with strong experience in driving large-scale campaigns, performance management, optimization, reporting, analytics, and affiliate management.
