As advised by BUSY, all customers using BUSY 21 releases below 14.6 must upgrade to Release 14.6 or above, whether their BLS is active or expired. Only these releases will be supported on the upgraded infrastructure.
Why upgrade?
• Stay ready for GST, e-Invoicing, IMS, and regulatory updates.
• Benefit from improved security, stability, and performance.
• Maintain compatibility with newer Windows and Microsoft technologies.
The rollout begins on 11 September, will happen in phases, and is targeted for completion by the end of H1. We encourage you to upgrade early for a smooth transition.
