Archna Wadhwa is a globally recognized entrepreneur and visionary in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, with over 25 years of cross-industry leadership experience. As the Founder and CEO of Analytics Saves at Work (aSaw), she has transformed a lead-generation startup into a multimillion-dollar technology powerhouse. Today, aSaw is a trusted SaaS partner for clients across the US, UK, India, Hong Kong, Australia, Mauritius, China, and the UAE, delivering cutting-edge solutions in risk, compliance, ESG, and talent intelligence. Under her leadership, the company has generated over $80 million in value through more than 100 successful projects, supporting clients that range from Fortune 50 giants to nimble startups and stock exchanges.
Before founding aSaw in 2015, Archna held several senior leadership positions in global banking and consulting, including Managing Director – Data & Analytics and Chief Data Officer at HSBC. She played a pivotal role in setting up and scaling HSBC’s global analytics and data centers, and previously built high-performing analytics centers for GE Money. Her expertise spans ESG analytics, data governance, and digital transformation—ensuring data is not just managed, but harnessed to generate strategic impact.
Archna’s contributions extend beyond business. She is a staunch advocate for ethical and responsible AI, currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (AI & Ethics) from ESGCI, Paris. Her accolades include being named among the Global 200 Women Power Leaders (2024) by White Page International, Top 10 Futuristic Women Entrepreneurs in India (2022), and Top 30 Women Founders by HSBC India and Startup India (2021).
