We know that it’s easy to forget to eat healthy during a lengthy gaming-session🕹️, but it’s vital to pay attention to, because it can affect our performance and well-being in the long run.
Try to eat regularly and healthy, choose fresh fruits, vegetables(/veggies) and healthy snacks to munch on while gaming. 🍎

It’s common to lose track of time while doing something you love, but it’s also important to pay attention to your body’s wants and needs, even during gaming.
Here are some tips that might help:
Set regular alarms. That way, you’ll be reminded of the time, even when you lose track of it. You can even set different alarms for food, and for water too. Maybe one to stretch your legs too? Snoozing it is also valid, you might not have a chance to save your progress as soon as it starts ringing.
Get some fruits and veggies. When you go out to get some groceries, buy some fibre-rich foods, your digestive system will thank you. 🙏
Have large water bottles. There are some huge bottles on the market, you can even get a 2L bottle - drink that throughout the day, and you won’t be dehydrated. The bigger the bottle, the less times it empties - you don’t have to get up and fill it as often. 😇
