To mark World Environment Day, Archeiothiki organized a voluntary cleanup at Kyrillos Hill in Aspropyrgos. Our team gathered at the Church of St. George to roll up our sleeves and protect the natural surroundings of our community.

Fifty employees and their families dedicated their time to improving the environment and fostering volunteerism. The initiative saw participation across all company levels, with Archeiothiki CEO Andreas Papadakis working directly alongside volunteers.

We were honored to welcome Aspropyrgos Mayor Ioannis Ilias, Deputy Mayor Markos Mamas, and Social Grocery Deputy Mayor Maria Gouma, whose presence highlighted the importance of corporate citizenship for the local community.

The smooth ex*****on of the event was made possible by the Municipality of Aspropyrgos, the Municipal Police, and the Municipal Social Grocery. To ensure everyone's safety, especially the children, the Municipal Police managed the area while a dedicated nurse remained on-site. Following the cleanup, volunteers spent quality time together enjoying food and refreshments from a mobile catering unit.

How do modern businesses transform Artificial Intelligence from a mere technological trend into a sustainable strategic advantage?

At the recent Delphi Economic Forum, this core question took center stage during the panel "AI as a Strategic Advantage." Chaired by Panagiotis Karampinis (Regional Managing Director for Europe at Endeavor & Managing Director of Endeavor, Greece), the discussion brought together leading voices driving the Greek tech ecosystem forward: Dimitrios Ilias (Co-founder & CTO, Intryc), Panagiotis Konstantinidis (Co-founder, Evenly), Stefanos Loukakos (CEO, Connectly Inc.), Dimitris Vassos (CEO & Founder, Omilia), and Co-founder Andreas Papadakis.

Having experienced the initial AI hype, Andreas Papadakis explained that we have move past initial experiments that focused on customer facing, and revenue generating applications, with difficult to measure results. We are now entering a more mature phase of AI adoption is focusing on clear value creation and return on investment. "Concrete value lies in operational workflows," he noted, "because return is measurable where cost lies, and cost lies in operations and operational efficiency".

The level of control becomes an absolute priority while regulatory compliance is non-negotiable, aswell as safeguarding and leveraging corporate knowledge. AI advantage is not about access to models, technology is not the issue, it’s all about control. Control of data, control of workflows but also as Andreas Papadakis emphasized, “control of the intelligence layer. Without that, companies are just consuming AI, and not building real advantage”.

In a tech-driven era, what does it take to build a team that truly drives innovation forward, and what makes an environment where professionals actually want to grow?
