Η Αρχειοθήκη ιδρυθείσα το 2006 και εκ των κορυφαίων Εταιρειών Information & Data Management Services στην Ελλάδα, διαθέτει πλατφόρμα ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού με λύσεις και υπηρεσίες ψηφιακής και φυσικής διαχείρισης εγγράφων, πληροφορίας και data logistics. At the 9th Compliance Conference, our Head of Technology & Consulting Services, P. Konstantinou, joined the panel "AI, Data and Digital Trust: Governing Innovation Responsibly", discussing how AI, data management and technology can support responsible innovation, corporate governance and compliance.

P. Konstantinou highlighted how AI can now process vast volumes of corporate documents, creating significant opportunities for efficiency and automation, but also raising important questions around data protection, accuracy and accountability.

This calls for solutions with compliance and governance by design, rather than controls added afterwards. Understanding where corporate data resides, who has access to it, how it is processed and whether it is used to train AI models is essential.

He also emphasised how technology platforms can help organisations strengthen Governance, Risk, Compliance and Privacy processes through structured workflows, monitoring, traceability and human oversight.

At Logistics Expo 2026, our Sales Manager, E. Sofronis, and our Regional Manager – North Greece, V. Batalas, took part in the Fireside Chat to discuss the role of information management in today’s market.

E. Sofronis noted that that companies rely on data that often is dispersed across WMS, CRM systems, emails and servers, which limits the reliability of any AI-driven outcome. Building a well-organized information foundation is therefore the first priority, ahead of AI adoption. Organizational resilience, he emphasized, depends on knowing where critical information resides at any given moment.

V. Batalas addressed the time and cost incurred when information cannot be retrieved at the moment it is needed. Effective archive management, in his view, means immediate access and reliable retrieval, well beyond storage. He also outlined our presence in Northern Greece, with storage and digitization facilities in Thessaloniki and Ioannina, where archive material is processed in close proximity to the client’s own site.

Information is only as valuable as your ability to find it when it matters most. Knowing where it is, and trusting it, is where better decisions begin.

LOGISTICS EXPO Thessaloniki wraps up today.

Over the past two days, our team at Hall 13, Stand A03 met with professionals from across the supply chain and logistics sector and exchanged ideas on how better records management can support more efficient operations.

Yesterday’s fireside chat on “Artificial Intelligence in the Supply Chain of Northern Greece” was a reminder of something we see every day.
AI is only as good as the data behind it, and that data starts with well-organized, digitized records.

The recent Gartner® recognition of AI Flows offered an excellent opportunity to share our technology more broadly with the press, setting the stage for a substantive discussion on our strategic roadmap.

Meeting with media representatives, we outlined the operational reality of AI Flows as a fully realized enterprise IDP platform currently functioning at production scale. Building on this momentum, we detailed our priorities for the next phase, focusing on sustained product development and accelerated international expansion.

Yesterday, we traded our office shoes for sneakers, and the energy was truly something special.

The Archeiothiki team completed the 2km walk at the 18th Greece Race for the Cure®, and we are carrying that incredible momentum with us into the new week. Walking together for "Alma Zois" was about showing up, standing in solidarity with women navigating breast cancer, and proving that we are always stronger together.

An honest thank you to everyone who organized, participated, and cheered alongside us.

The race might be over, but our support continues!

On Sunday, October 4th, the Archeiothiki team is lacing up our sneakers for the 18th Greece Race for the Cure®.

We are joining the 2km walk to support the incredible work of "Alma Zois", helping fund breast cancer prevention programs and standing right beside the women navigating this illness. For us, it's a morning of real teamwork, good energy, and walking together for a cause that touches so many of our lives.
