As a Group, we remain committed to giving back in ways that create real impact, particularly in empowering women to grow, lead, and thrive.

In partnership with the , we sponsored a four-day workshop designed to bring together women for meaningful conversations, practical learning, and shared growth.

Aligned with UN SDG Goal 5 on Gender Equality, this initiative reflects our continued focus on supporting women with the tools, confidence, and networks needed to move forward with purpose.

The programme featured distinguished facilitators, including , Special Aide to the President of the Republic of Ghana; , Technical Advisor to the Commissioner-General of the GRA; and Nazifa Mohammed, Founder of Brand Accelerator, whose expertise and leadership made for a truly transformative experience.

Our staff also participated in this experience, engaging fully and gaining practical knowledge that continues to support their personal and professional journeys.

Creating spaces like this is how we give back with intention and contribute to building a future where more women are empowered to lead.

H.E. has referenced a speech delivered by a Margins AI Avatar during the official launch of Ghana’s National AI Strategy.

In his remarks, the President recalled a defining moment from the 7th Ghana CEO Summit in 2023, where an AI avatar powered by Margins ID Group delivered a keynote speech; an early demonstration of how artificial intelligence is being actively deployed within Ghana’s innovation ecosystem.

By drawing on this milestone, H.E. Mahama highlighted the shift from conceptual discussions on AI to tangible, real-world applications, while reinforcing the critical role of homegrown technology companies in advancing the nation’s digital transformation agenda.

We were honoured to host a delegation from Zambia led by Hon. Felix Mutati, Minister of Technology and Science, at our subsidiary, Intelligent Card Production Systems.
 
The visit reflects growing continental recognition of Margins ID Group’s leadership in identity infrastructure, particularly through the Ghana Card and its role in strengthening national digital systems. It also provided an opportunity to engage, share perspectives, and demonstrate the strength of our end-to-end identity management ecosystem and its potential for replication across Africa.

For one year, Inspire HERizon, a Margins ID Group initiative created to support and empower female employees, has been a space where women show up as they are,no pressure, no pretense, just real conversations and real growth.
Through shared experiences, women in the organization have navigated work, built confidence, and found their voices,creating a space where they are truly seen, understood, and empowered to become more certain, expressive, and unapologetic in who they are.
