August is supposed to be a quiet month in IT… apparently nobody told us! 😂

August is usually a quieter month for IT companies. People are on holiday, decision-makers are away, and there’s normally a chance to catch up on all that paperwork that’s been piling up.



Not this August.



It’s probably been the busiest August of my career at Saint IT — and we’ve covered a bit of everything.



💻 Laptop upgrades and new hardware suppplied

📶 Wi-Fi and connectivity problems

🌐 Website fixes, refreshes and migrations

☁️ Microsoft 365 user onboarding and offboarding

☁️ Recovering yet another client with lost access to MS365 Admin portal

📞 CRM and telephony integration

📱 Business mobile contracts set up

📺 Audio visual project planning

📹 CCTV and access control installs

🏢 Large-scale IT infrastructure management

🛠️ And plenty of day-to-day IT support along the way

Not to forget the onboarding of several new clients off course.



We also completed a large infrastructure project for a local charity, bringing together Wi-Fi, CCTV and access control — one of the highlights of the month.



It’s a good example of why I’ve never wanted Saint IT to be just an IT support company. Technology overlaps with almost every part of an organisation, and no two days are ever quite the same.



Now… where did I put that holiday brochure? 😄
