We're on the lookout for a capable and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team. This is a full time, permenant role.

You'll be the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving IT issues, supporting clients day-to-day and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it's a tricky first-line query or something that needs a bit more digging at second-line level, you'll be comfortable handling both.

What we're looking for:
Someone who knows their way around IT support, stays calm under pressure, and actually enjoys helping people — not just fixing machines. A solid communicator, a natural problem-solver and someone who takes pride in getting things sorted properly.
