Most organisations are already using AI.

Very few leaders actually understand how to lead with it strategically.

That’s the real gap.

AI fluency is no longer just a technical advantage.
It’s becoming a leadership capability.

The companies that will gain the biggest operational advantage are not necessarily the ones with the most tools —
but the ones with leaders who can:
• Identify real AI opportunities
• Evaluate AI investments confidently
• Design smarter workflows
• Guide transformation responsibly

This is exactly why we built the AI Fluency Programme at Tesseract Academy:
Practical AI education for non-technical decision makers, founders, executives, and ambitious professionals.

No hype.
No unnecessary jargon.
Just strategic, practical AI understanding for the future of business.

Save this for later.
Share it with your leadership team.

We just ran a new AI Fluency session on AI agents, workflows, and orchestrators 🤖

We covered how prompt chains become workflows, how agents use tools, and how orchestrators can support real business processes like sales, support, CRM updates, meeting notes, and automation.

This is the kind of practical, business-focused AI training we cover inside AI Fluency.

Most businesses are still using AI for conversation.

The next shift is using AI for ex*****on.

Chatbots help users get answers.
AI Agents help businesses get outcomes.

From customer support to operations and workflow automation, AI Agents are changing how modern companies scale productivity, reduce repetitive work, and make faster decisions.

The real question is no longer:
“Can AI respond?”

It’s:
“Can AI take action?”

Swipe through to understand the difference between Chatbots and AI Agents — and why it matters for the future of business.

Most companies are using AI incorrectly.

Many organisations start by purchasing AI tools and then look for problems to solve. This approach often creates activity without meaningful business outcomes.

The most effective AI initiatives begin by identifying operational bottlenecks, repetitive work, decision-making delays, and customer experience challenges.

Only then should technology be introduced.

AI creates value when it is aligned with business priorities, not when it is deployed for its own sake.

Leaders who understand this distinction will achieve significantly better transformation outcomes.

A question that comes up often in AI Fluency sessions is:

"Where should we actually start with AI?"

Most teams begin with tools. They see a demo, buy a subscription, run a few experiments, and then try to find a business case afterwards.

That order is backwards.

The better starting point is the bottleneck.

Before you decide whether AI is useful, ask five questions:

1. Where is work currently slow?
2. Where is quality inconsistent?
3. Where do decisions depend on scattered information?
4. Where are people repeating the same judgement-heavy task every week?
5. Where would a 20-30% improvement be commercially meaningful?

If you cannot answer those questions, the AI use case is probably too vague.

This is why AI strategy should not start with "which model should we use?" It should start with "which business constraint are we trying to change?"

Inside AI Fluency, we use this kind of filter to move from interest to action: define the bottleneck, map the workflow, identify the AI intervention, then decide whether the result is worth implementing.

That is the difference between AI experimentation and operating discipline.

Fluency is the foundation. Implementation is where momentum begins.

The AI Fluency pathway is designed to help leaders move through three stages:

1. Understand the strategic AI landscape.
2. Map the right workflows and use cases.
3. Turn the best idea into a scoped action plan, prompt system, workflow redesign, or prototype.

That is the difference between watching AI content and building operating capability.

66% of leaders report productivity gains from GenAI, but only 34% say they are using AI to deeply transform products, services, processes, or business models.

That gap matters.

The easy win is using AI to save minutes. The strategic win is redesigning how work gets done.

AI Fluency helps leaders move from scattered tool use to better workflow decisions, clearer use cases, and stronger operating discipline.
