Promotion News 🚨

And this one couldn't be more well-deserved! Justin Wood has been promoted to Senior Consultant! 👏🏽

Justin joined us just 4-months ago, as part of our plans to launch our Dubai office. Justin saw our vision and relocated himself from Scotland to London to help us hit our targets to make this shared dream a reality. ☀️🎯

We set out to find A-Players, which is easier said than done. But throughout this year we have brought many of them together. Justin has raised the bar, and I am proud to be able to have Justin as part of our team. In 2023 you can expect to see lots more promotions, more achievements, more records broken, and I have a strong feeling Justin will become one of our first shareholders. 📝🤝

We treated Justin to a bottle of Australian Shiraz. A special edition, 'Year of the Tiger', symbolising power, courage and confidence. Enjoy brother, and thank you for trusting in us, seeing the vision, and all your hard work so far! 🍷🐅

Today is the day! After a lot of hard work, some ambitious targets, and a risk of achievements over the past 8 months the UMATR team are off to to celebrate.

This trip is so much more than just celebrating high-performance. This trip is a significant moment in UMATR’s history. We founded 18 months ago and have managed to exceed all expectations since. Now we are a team of 15 people, about to launch an international office, been shortlisted for awards 8 times already, and so much more.

But we wouldn’t have been able to do this without our people. Those that joined when all of the above were just goals. When we were in an office with no windows. Through the mistakes we made and obstacles we’ve overcome together.

That’s why the next 5 days is all about celebrating our journey so far, and entering a new phase for our business when we return.
