We built a platform that changes that.

Our client, a Texas-based AI company, is tackling one of industrial procurement's most stubborn problems: the gap between a messy RFQ and a ready-to-send quotation. We came in to design the architecture, build the core features, and migrate everything to AWS.

The platform now lets commercial teams:

β€’ Upload and parse large, unstructured RFQ files
β€’ Get AI-generated product matching recommendations automatically
β€’ Review and validate results in an interactive spreadsheet interface
β€’ Export clean, structured outputs ready for quotation

We just published a new case study, and we're proud of this one 🍯

A U.S.-based startup came to us with a bold vision: an AI-native investment platform built specifically for family offices, foundations, and wealth managers, a category of investors that's long been underserved by existing tools.

The vision was solid, but the architecture wasn't.

The platform had been built as a monolith. Tightly coupled, hard to scale, and struggling to keep pace with what the product needed to become. A December 2025 launch was on the line.

Our team rearchitected the entire backend into microservices on Azure, rebuilt the frontend from scratch in Next.js and React, and delivered six new AI-powered capabilities, all in parallel and within the planned timeline.

On this day, the 24th of February, the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began, and Ukraine rose to meet it with a strength that surprised the world.

Ordinary people became soldiers.
Neighbors became volunteers.
Strangers became a family bound by a shared will to survive and prevail.

Today, we bow our heads in memory of all those who gave their lives defending our land and the freedom of Europe.

And we stand in profound gratitude beside every soldier still fighting, every volunteer still working, and every person who has refused to look away because their courage is what keeps Ukraine standing.

The war continues. Ukraine still stands, and still needs support.

Last week, our CEO, Alex Semeniuk, and VP of Partnerships, Tetiana Krechyk, attended the Go Digital Energy Summit in London. Two days of conversations with energy and heavy industry leaders about where AI adoption actually stands right now.

The conversations kept coming back to the same realities: companies are preparing for AI, not yet experimenting with it. The ex*****on challenges are real - data readiness, legacy system integration, and cybersecurity are all proving harder than expected. And while the technology is often the starting point, regulation, compliance, and change management are frequently what slow things down.

What's clear is that AI adoption in enterprise energy is serious, structured, and moving forward, but the ex*****on challenges are real and complex.

It's also exactly what we're focused on at Honeycomb Software - responsible, secure, and structured AI implementation, built around the real challenges enterprises are facing.
