A fantastic few days for Customs Declarations UK at Multimodal 2026, Birmingham.

We were delighted to exhibit at the NEC Birmingham and connect with so many freight forwarders, customs agents, hauliers, importers, exporters, technology partners, and industry professionals across the logistics and supply chain sector.

One of the biggest highlights for us was meeting several of our existing customers in person. It was great to hear their feedback, understand their day-to-day customs challenges more closely, and discuss how we can continue improving the CDUK platform to support faster, smoother, and more compliant customs operations.

At the event, we also showcased two key platform developments:

🔹 T1 / NCTS Transit Declarations
Our upcoming transit solution designed to help businesses manage T1 movements alongside CDS imports, CDS exports, ENS, GVMS/RoRo movements, and other customs filings within a single platform.

🔹 Intelligent Document Processing — IDP
Our AI-powered automation capability that helps extract key data from commercial invoices and packing lists, reducing manual entry, improving accuracy, and speeding up declaration preparation.

Multimodal 2026 gave us an excellent opportunity to demonstrate how Customs Declarations UK is continuing to evolve as a cloud-based customs filing platform for businesses looking to bring customs processes in-house, reduce operational workload, and improve compliance visibility.
