A website that booked two jobs in its first week live. Here's what it looks like.

Leeds fit solar, battery, heat pumps, EV charging and electrics in Garforth. The site went live on 5 July.

Two jobs booked in week one.
£30,000+ of quoted enquiry value in the first 14 days. Quoted value, not revenue.

Under the main button, before the form: RECC number, CTSI code, MCS certificate, a 4.8 rating linked to every review. 'We won't cold-call you' beside every button on the site.

It is not a brochure. It is built to take enquiries.

Thursday: the seven things built into this site that make it work.

A brochure site looks the part and does nothing else.

Nobody checks whether the enquiry form still works, not until a customer tries it and gives up.

A lead generation machine stores every enquiry the second it lands, then checks itself every day to prove it's still working.

Not sure which one you've got? Message WEBSITE and we'll check it for you.

We don't start a website with a design. We start with what your customers type into Google.

Here's what happens before a page goes live.

First, research. The exact words people type before they ring a roofer, an electrician or a heating engineer.

Every claim on the page gets checked against a document. If we can't back it up, it doesn't go on your site.

Four ways in, and a call bar on every phone screen. Nobody has to hunt for your number.

Last, the site tests itself. A live enquiry runs through the whole system every morning, on purpose.

See the work. Link's in the comments. Message WEBSITE if you want one built the same way.

Roofers: after a storm your website has one job. Get the call before the next roofer does.

When the weather turns, homeowners search fast and ring the first roofer who answers. Your site needs three things: a number they can tap on every screen, a page written for storm damage (not just "roofing services"), and a form that goes somewhere.

Three checks. Run them today, from your own phone:
1. Can you tap to call from any page, in one tap?
2. Is there a page for "storm damage" or "emergency roof repair", not just a general services page?
3. Fill in your own enquiry form. Did it arrive? Would you know if it stopped?

Drop 'ROOF' and we'll check what a homeowner sees on your site from a phone.

His contact form had been broken for years. Nobody knew.

Every enquiry it caught went nowhere. Just gone.

We found it on day one of the rebuild for Communications, by testing the form the way a customer would.

Now every enquiry is stored the second it arrives, delivered, and confirmed delivered. Every stored enquiry is re-checked that night. Every morning, before anyone visits the site, the system tests itself and reports if anything fails.

Now no enquiry it catches can go missing again. That is the difference between a website and a machine.

When did your form last send you an enquiry you can point to? Message the page and we'll TEST yours. Free.

We don't build websites. We build lead generation machines.

A brochure site.
The enquiry form sits on the contact page.
The trust badges sit in the footer.
No call bar when a customer looks at it on a phone.
Nobody knows if the form works.

A machine.
Every page is written around what your customers type into Google.
Proof sits where the customer is deciding whether to trust you.
Four ways in, not one.
Every enquiry is stored and confirmed the moment it lands.
The enquiry system tests itself every morning.

Most trades websites are brochures.

If yours has never once made your phone ring, message 'WEBSITE' and I'll tell you which one you've got.

We’ve just finished a full rebuild for DM Communications in Morley. TV aerials. 29 years in the game. Run by Dean, who answers his own phone.

Here’s what we found on day one.

His contact form was broken.

Not slow. Not clunky. Broken. Enquiries had been going nowhere for years — and nobody knew. Not Dean, not us, until we tested it.

That’s the part nobody talks about. A lovely-looking website can quietly lose you work for years and never say a word.

So we didn’t build him a brochure. We built him a lead generation machine.

What went in:

→ 33 pages written around what customers actually type. Not “signal degradation” — “why does my telly keep pixelating”.

→ Every claim checked against a document. Insurance, accreditations, guarantees — anything we couldn’t evidence came off the site. The rules changed in 2024 and the regulator can now fine businesses directly for this. Most trades sites are sitting on it and don’t know.

→ Four ways to reach him — mobile, landline, WhatsApp, form — with a call bar pinned to the bottom of every phone screen. Nobody hunts for a number.

→ Enquiries hit his inbox in seconds and are stored the instant they arrive. A lead cannot be lost.

→ The site tests itself. Every morning a robot runs a live enquiry through the system end to end. Every night it re-checks every enquiry it holds and flags anything not confirmed delivered — and keeps flagging until someone acts. If it ever breaks, we know before Dean does.

→ Every old link redirected. Years of Google history preserved instead of binned — most rebuilds throw that away and wonder why rankings tank.

→ 15 real customer reviews published word for word, spelling and all. Editing one is against the law now.

→ Google Business Profile verified, categorised, photographed. For a local trade, that’s worth more than the website.

Dean’s over the moon with it.

And it’ll pay for itself in no time. A couple of jobs off the back of it and everything after that is pure profit.

Most agencies hand over a site and vanish. We hand over something that watches itself and tells us the moment it breaks — because the only thing worse than no website is one you think is working.

We don’t build websites. We build lead generation machines.
