Tomorrow, we’re swapping the office for CHS Manchester 🎧

Four stages running side by side sounds great in theory.

Keeping every one of them clear and easy to follow is where things get interesting….
That’s where Silent Seminars comes in.

At CHS Manchester, our wireless headphones will be supporting all stages within the show, allowing delegates to move between sessions and tune into the content they want without competing audio getting in the way.

It gives the event team more freedom to make the most of the space, while delegates get a much more focused way to experience the programme.

There’s a lot that goes into making an exhibition seminar work well.

The audio needs to be clear, the technology needs to be easy to use, and the team running it needs to know exactly what they’re doing.

But ultimately, you shouldn’t have to worry about any of it.

That’s exactly what we aim to provide at Silent Seminars, taking care of the detail behind the scenes so our clients can focus on their speakers, their content and their audience.

From planning the setup and getting everything ready on the day, to making sure the whole experience runs smoothly, our team is there to make it happen.

Plus, when a client tells us the process was “easy, reassuring and enjoyable”, that means a lot.

What does accessibility actually feel like?

For some people, it's being able to hear every word without having to strain.

For others, it's having control over the amount of sound around them.

And for many, it's simply knowing they can experience an event in a way that feels comfortable for them.
These are the conversations we love having, because accessibility can mean something completely different from one person to the next.

That's why we're looking forward to being at Neuroplaces from 15-17 September, as part of London Design Festival.We’ll be there meeting people, hearing different perspectives and sharing some of the ways technology can help make events more inclusive.

Our wireless headsets are designed to give people that choice, delivering clear audio directly to the listener while allowing them to control the volume to suit them. And hearinging how that feels from the people who use them says more than we ever could.

What does an accessible event actually look and feel like?

It's a question we'll be exploring over the coming months as we head to two events focused on making experiences work better for everyone.

First up, we'll be at Neuroplaces from 15 to 17 September, as part of London Design Festival, before heading to the Accessible Events Show on 29 October.

For us, accessibility starts with listening. Understanding that everyone experiences an event differently and looking at the small changes that can make a big difference.

Our wireless headsets are one example. From helping people hear more clearly to giving delegates greater control over their listening environment, they can make an event feel more comfortable and accessible without changing the experience for everyone else.

We've seen that first hand at events like CHS Birmingham, where delegates shared their thoughts on the accessibility of the headsets, with a few of those experiences captured in the video.

Another incredible event delivered, this time in Singapore 🇸🇬

We're proud to have supported IBM Think on Tour Singapore 2026, helping deliver an inspiring programme of AI, hybrid cloud, and enterprise technology discussions.

With 400 wireless headsets supporting 8 simultaneous theatre spaces, delegates enjoyed crystal clear audio throughout the event, ensuring every keynote, panel discussion, and technical session was heard clearly.
