د/ صفوت حلمي، أستاذ زائر في الذكاء الاصطناعي وعلوم البيانات في كلية سانت ماري بولاية كاليفورنيا، وأستاذ جامعي في جامعة عين شمس بمصر.
بالإضافة لكونه استشاري الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحول الرقمي في شركة Master Linux، يتمتع بخبرة تتجاوز 20 عامًا في مجالات التحول الرقمي، والذكاء الاصطناعي، والابتكار في الأعمال.

يدير الندوة: أ/ أحمد أبو عبيه، مسؤول العلاقات الدولية وخبير تطوير المهارات الشخصية، والمحاضر في معهد تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

We're Hiring



We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow IT Engineer to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform for IT workflows. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), and ITBM (IT Business Management) modules to enhance IT efficiency and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes, ensure system stability, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. ServiceNow IT Implementation:
• Configure and implement ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Design and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules for IT operations.
2. IT Operations Management (ITOM):
• Set up and manage Discovery, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and Event Management.
• Automate monitoring and alerting workflows to improve operational efficiency.
3. IT Business Management (ITBM):
• Implement tools for project management, resource planning, and demand management.
• Generate reports and dashboards for IT project tracking and performance analysis.
4. System Maintenance:
• Monitor system health and ensure the platform is running optimally.
• Apply system updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
5. Collaboration:
• Work with IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow IT capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and their implementation in ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to system management.
