𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗯𝘀 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀!

Each summer, our US comes together at Bear Creek to step away from our day-to-day work, reconnect with colleagues, and talk about where we are headed as a company.

This year, AI was at the center of many of those conversations. Through presentations, working sessions, and plenty of discussion, our teams explored what AI means for the way we work, the value we deliver to customers, and the future of consulting.

Of course, keeping in step was not limited to . We traded laptops for cowboy hats and tested our skills on the dance floor during a night of line dancing. 🤠

From trainees to consultants 🚀

For our 27 trainees the past few months have been all about learning, growing, challenging themselves - and discovering what it really means to be a consultant at .

From hands-on training and working on real-life cases to an exciting customer visit, countless new insights, and plenty of moments to learn from each other – our trainees have experienced the many different facets of consulting. 💡

And now, it’s time to celebrate: with their final presentations and a well-deserved dinner together in Heidelberg, our current cohort officially marked the end of their journey. 🥂

Over the past months, they have developed far beyond technical knowledge. They have learned to think from a customer’s perspective, solve complex challenges, take responsibility, and – perhaps most importantly – work as a . In other words: they’ve become true consultants. 🚀

We’re excited to see where the journey takes them next. Now it’s time to bring everything they learned into thier teams and first projects. Welcome to the next chapter as consultants – and keep living our ! 🧡🌍

Last Friday, the MY came together for a fun and energetic Badminton x Pickleball session! 🏸🏓

Throughout the session, everyone had the chance to switch between both sports. After finishing a game of badminton, players would head over to the pickleball court, keeping the energy and excitement going all evening.

One thing that stood out was the passion and enthusiasm from everyone. It quickly became clear that cbs employees know their way around a badminton court, with plenty of impressive rallies, powerful smashes, and friendly competition along the way. 🔥

Most importantly, it was a wonderful opportunity to stay active, connect with colleagues, and enjoy some healthy competition outside of work.

A big thank you to everyone who joined and made the session so enjoyable. Looking forward to more sports activities and friendly matches together in the future! 🧡

🧡🌍 Our knows no boundaries.

Even if the office is a little emptier in the summer, our is out and about everywhere: at the beach, in the mountains, on trips, and of course right in the middle of our colleagues’ most beautiful vacation moments. ☀️🏖️

Our T-shirts, hoodies, beach bags, and picnic blankets have certainly racked up quite a few kilometers this year. 😉
