Hi everyone! I’m seeking a new role and would appreciate your support.

I explain complex technical systems; decentralized infrastructure, AI, Web3 protocols - in language people without a CS background can actually use. Twenty years across design, research, and technology consulting; the last several focused on Web3 and AI.

Something that felt surprisingly good this week:

I solo-developed an Agentic Engineering Framework and then put it through a structured side-by-side assessment against a strong supportive approach.

Looking at the table, I came out ahead or tied in enough dimensions that it registered as a genuine personal victory.

The bigger lesson though isn’t the wins; it’s the practice of putting your own work under the same critical lens you’d use on anyone else’s product. That’s where real skill development and honest self-motivation live.

Proof of effort > vibes.

Yuval Harari's history synthesis is genuinely brilliant, but I've always wondered about the man behind the message.

He's no casual observer - Harari is a regular at Davos, speaking at WEF events year after year. He talks about AI "hacking the operating system of human civilization" while billionaires and tech CEOs sit in the front row. That's not exactly a neutral setting.

And yeah, there's real irony there. The guy warns about AI creating a "useless class" and concentrating power among the few, but he's saying it to rooms full of billionaires and tech CEOs who are literally deciding how this plays out.

His books are bestsellers because they give you that sweeping view of everything - Sapiens changed how I thought about human cooperation. But read them carefully and you'll notice he rarely credits individual choice or spiritual belief as anything more than evolutionary artifacts. It's all power structures and data networks, which makes you wonder who benefits when the future gets framed that way.

The real question for me is narrative control. The same institutions that are betting big on AI are also hosting Harari to explain why we should be worried about it. You could argue they're being responsible by thinking ahead. But it's worth asking whether these conversations are really about protecting us, or shaping how we think about what they're already building.

I'm genuinely curious what others think. Is this legitimate concern, or part of a script we're all supposed to follow?
