Better projects start with the people who run them.
Earlier this month, Ed represented Mind The Game at PM Agora 2026 in Verona. The event brought together EU project managers from more than 20 countries for its third edition, which focuses on the professional development and wellbeing of the people behind European projects.
At Mind The Game, project management is at the core of what we do. We design learning games for private clients, from schools to organisations. We also bring our expertise into European partnerships, contributing to games in language learning, sign language, digital skills and AI literacy. In our EU projects, that means aligning scripts, partners, deliverables and deadlines across countries. With private clients, it means turning each client’s goals into an engaging learning experience, on time and to spec. Both kinds of work depend on the same thing PM AGORA champions: skilled, connected and healthy project managers. Great learning experiences come from well-run projects and the people who lead them.
What we’re bringing back from Verona:
🔹 Inspiration: new ideas and practices from peers across programmes and sectors, which will shape how we run our projects, both EU-funded and private
🔹 Foresight: a clearer picture of where projects are heading, from AI across the project lifecycle to changing funding priorities
🔹 Wellbeing: practical approaches to sustainable workloads and mental health in project management, for our team, our partners and our clients
