🇰🇷 ENCY in Korea: Connecting with Automation Leaders

During our visit to South Korea, the ENCY team met with representatives of HAAS Automation Korea and Hanwha Robotics.

→ HAAS: Discussed the potential of ENCY Robot and ENCY Hyper for automating machine tending operations.

From plaster molds to robotic precision — and a fast payback. 🦿🤖

Orteam (Belgium), an orthopedic company, replaced slow handmade plaster work with a milling robot from our partner CNC Solutions — with the 3D design and machining simulation done in ENCY.

The business results:
→ "Margin of error is virtually zero"
→ 2–3 FTE saved in man-hours
→ Investment paid back in 3–4 years
→ Room to scale within the existing facility

Scan → design & simulate in ENCY → mill on the robot. No operator needed on the line.

3rd place in Europe! 🏆🏁

Congratulations to our partner Vladimiros Tziortzis on finishing 3rd overall in the 2026 NASCAR Euro Series , driving the #6 Ford Mustang V8 — with ENCY proud on the car all season.

From a 21 cm original to a one-meter sculpture — programmed in just 30 minutes. ✋🤖

For an art exhibition in Tarragona, Spain, our partner MecDATA enlarged this hand sculpture almost 5× — preserving every finger proportion, palm crease and surface transition.

The workflow: 3D-scanned, scaled in Rhino, then imported into ENCY Robot where MecDATA calculated multiaxis toolpaths and simulated the full robot motion. A KUKA robot then milled the piece from polystyrene foam.

Offline programming in ENCY Robot took just half an hour — the rest is where art meets robotics. 🎨
