The 2026 China International Industry Fair (CIIF) will be held from October 12–16 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), with 14 days to go until the opening. If you are planning to visit the exhibition in Shanghai, we recommend completing your visitor pre-registration in advance for faster entry and access to the 5-day free visitor pass. After registration, please keep your confirmation details and bring a valid passport/ID and business cards for badge collection. We also recommend arranging your hotel, transportation, and business meetings in advance, and planning your exhibition route based on the hall layout and exhibitors you would like to visit. If you would like to meet potential suppliers or business partners, it is also advisable to schedule meetings ahead of time to avoid last-minute arrangements.
