Success rarely comes from having an easy path.

It comes from endurance, persistence, and being willing to take a calculated risk when you believe in what you’re building.

Sometimes the difference between a project that fails and one that succeeds is simply refusing to give up before you find the key.

At Total Web Solutions, we don’t rest when something gets difficult, and we don’t quit when the first answer is no. Whether it’s software, hardware, payment technology, or finding the right partner to bring an idea to life, we keep pushing until we find a way forward.

Always keep going. The answer might be one more attempt away.

AI vision cameras are going to play a major role in the future of car wash technology.

We have been spending a lot of time working with this technology, and the potential is incredibly exciting. From improving vehicle detection and tunnel awareness to enhancing safety, automation, reporting, and customer experience, vision-based systems open the door to a much smarter car wash.

We are moving into a future where equipment will not just run, it will see, understand, and respond.

Car wash payments should be simple for customers and powerful for operators.

That is exactly why we built Coin Pay.

Coin Pay gives car wash operators their own custom-branded mobile app for iOS and Android, allowing customers to pay from their phone for self-serve bays, vacuums, vending machines, pet washes, and more.

But it is more than just mobile payment.

Operators can run promotions, reward loyal customers, send push notifications, view reporting, and even activate equipment remotely when a customer has an issue on site.

No generic shared app.
No expensive bay-mounted card readers.
No middleman.

Just your brand, your customers, your equipment, and a smarter way to keep people coming back.

A monthly wash club is not just for tunnel washes anymore.

We built our Monthly Wash Club system so self-serve coin-op operators, in-bay automatics, and tunnel wash operators can offer memberships, loyalty programs, fleet options, and recurring billing without being locked into expensive teller equipment or major hardware changes.

Customers can sign up online or onsite, choose a plan, and start washing. Operators get predictable recurring revenue, better customer loyalty, and real-time visibility into usage.

🚨 Highly Customizable AI Alerts Are Here 🚨

Bay Eye AI is built to do far more than basic motion alerts.

With our customizable alert engine, car wash owners can create intelligent alerts around the situations that matter most to their operation. From a car sitting in a bay too long, to a vehicle remaining after paid time ends, to custom AI vision checks based on unique site conditions, the possibilities are incredibly flexible. Rules can be created per camera or across multiple cameras, with support for trigger timing, recurring checks, time-of-day schedules, seasonal date ranges, and so much more.

This means users are not locked into a small set of generic notifications. They can build alerts around real-world problems, real customer behavior, and real operational goals.

Smarter monitoring. Better awareness. Endless customization.
