An interesting perspective from our AI-Native panel was how Olivia Chiu and her People team at have been working to build AI accessibility into the company culture.
AI adoption is not just about giving employees access to new tools.
It is about helping people feel comfortable enough to try them.
That means making the tools available, setting clear expectations, and creating a culture where employees can experiment, learn, and figure out what works.
Because encouraging people to try, test, and learn is far more valuable than having them wait for the perfect use case.
As Olivia shared, the real sign of progress is when employees stop asking if they can use AI and start reaching for it naturally.
That mindset shift, from hesitation to accessibility and embrace, is something every tech company should be thinking about today.
