Thank you for your gifted tickets, and I had the best time meeting .a.parker.author in Toronto yesterday!

I just finished Because I killed Him by .birde and I ran to my fabric stash to find this fabric and made 1920’s theme sleeve to match!

This book was so interesting and gripping I couldn’t put it down! It’s got Great Gatsby vibes with fencing, but make it dystopian with hover cars and robot maids and a caste system based on the colour of your blood. The romance has all the yearning. The Seashells! If this is on your TBR, bump it up immediately! Congrats to .birde for a phenomenal debut! It’s the first in a 5 book series and I cannot wait to see where the sisters take this story! This is going to be the next big book, I promise!
